Half the population say their sleep has been disturbed more than usual since the beginning of the first lockdown last March, a study by Kings College London has found.   Whilst nearly two thirds of the UK public report some negative impact on their sleep since the pandemic began. * 

Maybe that strikes a chord with you.  Or maybe interrupted sleep is nothing new. 

Join me in this workshop for some Sleep Knowledge; and yoga practices that can help to improve your sleep, deepen your rest and enable you to wake up ready for the day ahead.  Part of the session will be a talk, and part yoga practice.  We won't be sleeping!

Bring a notebook and pen if you like taking notes, wear comfortable clothes. 

The first part will be a talk, you can sit on the sofa if you like!  The second part will be a yoga practice, have your yoga mat and blocks if you have them.  If you don't have a mat, that's alright, your carpet or rug will be great too. 



The Hatha Yoga workshop planned for Lordship Lane SE22 in East Dulwich will be rescheduled for when we are allowed to meet face to face again.
