Yoga for Sleep Recovery
It was great to see all of you who came to the Yoga for Sleep Recovery workshop on Saturday 6-3-21.
Our session centred around the fact that sleep comes from a feeling
of safety and ease in each of our five layers (or koshas) - physical
body, energy, mind, emotional state, and our soul.
The Hatha Yoga workshop planned for Lordship Lane SE22 in East Dulwich will be rescheduled for when we are allowed to meet face to face again.
